Questions, answered

A QR code loyalty program replaces the paper stamp card with a code on your counter. Clients scan it with their phone camera, you confirm the visit, and it counts towards a reward on their digital loyalty card - nothing to print per customer and nothing for them to install.

Yes. Creating your page, adding rewards and printing your counter flyer cost nothing.

No. They scan the QR code at your counter and your page opens in their phone's browser. Joining takes an email address.

Your printed QR code and any phone, tablet or laptop signed in to your account. The counter screen runs in the browser, so there is no till integration or scanner to buy for your salon.

Clients scan your counter QR when they come in. It appears on your counter screen, you confirm it with one tap, and the visit counts towards their rewards - "6th blow-dry on us", say.

A paper card gets lost and tells you nothing. A digital stamp card can't be forgotten at home, every stamp is confirmed by you, and you can see who your regulars are, when they last came in and what brings them back.

Because you remember them. Your counter screen shows who's walking in and the notes you keep on them, and a reward waiting on their next appointment gives them a reason to come back to you.

Yes. A timed reward is only claimable in the hours you set, so put one on a quiet midweek morning and your clients have a reason to come in then.

Every check-in and every claim is confirmed by you at the counter, so a reward is only ever handed over in person.

Only people who have checked in with you, so every review comes from someone who was really there.

No. Keep taking bookings the way you do now and add the link to your page - Qrop handles the rewards and check-ins around it.

No - your handle is your page's address, so it's fixed once claimed. Pick one your customers will recognise.

Set it up whenever you like. We review new pages before they go public, so the first one your customers see is ready for them.
